Atelier Schreinerei was founded in 2013 in a former carpentry workshop. The artistic approaches vary within the visual realm: painting, drawing, printmaking, and sculpture. In addition, the current group of five artists organizes interdisciplinary events such as readings, live radio plays, performances, and concerts with other creative professionals.

Wendy vs Tinkerbell is a project within the Kreativ.Quartiere Ruhr program, funded by the Ministry of Culture and Science of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and implemented by the Regionalverband Ruhr.
