Panel: The Queer Body as Archive

This panel questions and deconstructs the concept of archive and examines it from BPoC and queer perspectives. The intention is to discuss and illuminate what other concepts for archive exist and how fundamental they are to the panelists' respective work and expertise. The conversation will be conducted in German and will take place in reference to James Gregory Atkinson's solo exhibition 6 Friedberg-Chicago, in which the artist also created a space for an intergenerational and intersectional archive. The exhibition was on view at the Dortmunder Kunstverein from December 11, 2021 - March 13, 2022.
