Micro Memories weave a multifaceted web of cultural symbolism that moves between past and future, individualism and belonging. Body-adjacent materials such as synthetic hair, pearls, and nail extensions represent both identity expression and the fetishization of Afro-diasporic culture. Encased in resin, Theresa Weber connects these contemporary forms of femininity with ancient feminine symbols, creating pluralistic constellations in which each element contributes to a collective narrative that reflects the complexity of multicultural female identity.
